Walk

Sometimes, a short walk, not far from busy roads take you to some wonderful and quiet places.

Hardcastle Craggs, Hebden Bridge.

Above Grassington, old lead mines remain, with lots of pits and ruins. some of which I’ve visited elsewhere on here.

A few days break in Northumberland, a visit to Ross Sands, miles of sandy beach, with views of both Holy Island and Bamburgh ccastle. A well known naturist beach locally so dip was needed.
